Maggie Grace is an American actor who was born Margaret Grace Denig in 1983. Her most well-known roles are Shannon Rutherford, a character from ABC's Lost series and Kim Mills from the Taken trilogy. The couple had separated and they moved together with their mother to Los Angeles. Her first role came to her, as Rachel's Room's main character in 2001 despite struggling financially. In the following year, she was awarded a Young Artist Award nomination in 2002 with her portrayal of 15-year-old murder victim Martha Moxley in the television movie Murder in Greenwich. Grace played Shannon Rutherford on the Lost television show in 2004. She played the lead role for two seasons, and won a Screen Actors Guild Award. Grace was forced to quit the show in order to pursue a professional film work. The actress had been on the show with Tom Welling opposite in The Fog earlier in the year 2005. In addition, she appeared as Kim Mills in Suburban Girl The Jane Austen Book Club (both 2007) and opposite Liam Neeson as Kim Mills in Taken in 2008. The role was reprised in Taken 2 (2013) and Taken 3 (2015). She also played Alice as Alice in Malice in Wonderland which is a modern version of the Lewis Carroll novel Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. Grace played the role of Shannon in Lost in the series, which included the conclusion. In 2013, she was in the sixth season of Californication. She portrays Faith, who is a fan and muse of the stars.
